The Center For Glocal Leadership exists to train leaders of churches, Non-Profit Organizations and Businesses in the developing countries of the world where the Holy Spirit is working in refreshing ways.
The ministry is led by Dr. Rick and Tracey Kingham, who for over 35 years have given leadership to some of the largest and most impactful ministries in America. The ministry excels in Conferences, Consulting and Coaching for leaders around the world. Having taught in over 30 nations, Rick and Tracey bring inspiration and encouragement to leaders in settings both large and small and in one-on-one relationships of mentoring. One area of expertise is in the Strategic Operating System area of organizational development for churches and non-profit organizations.

About Rick & Tracey
Rick and Tracey Kingham have served in a number of capacities during their 37 years of marriage. Rick has been a Senior Pastor of both a small church and one of the nation’s largest churches. Rick also served as Executive Vice President of Promise Keepers, the impactful Men’s Ministry. He also served as the President and Chairman of the Board of the National Coalition of Men’s Ministries, a coalition of over 80 ministries representing over 200,000 churches in America. Tracey has led Prayer Ministries for some of the most impactful ministries in America. The Kinghams have three adult children and 9 grandchildren including three sets of twins! Rick and Tracey reside in Redmond, Washington.
